Intrasia Beau Plan

A mixed-use building at Beau Plan, with commercial offices and serviced apartments. Designed by Studio des Iles.

The building is low and horizontal, ordered by deep vertical fins in teak-toned timber and bronze. A base of stacked stone grounds the elevation; a slender concrete colonnade carries the structure into the surrounding landscape. The material palette is deliberate throughout: teak, bronze, white cement, stone, and granite. Each surface is chosen to age into its setting rather than out of it.

The ground floor opens to an arrival hall, a library and co-working space, an auditorium, and meeting rooms. Offices occupy the lower upper floors. Serviced apartments sit above, with a planted garden along the roof. The two uses share the ground-floor amenity and a single architectural language, so an executive can take a meeting on one floor, host an event on another, and stay in residence above, all within the same building and under the same standard.

Intrasia Properties is the developer and will operate the building directly. The offices and the apartments are held in one ownership, run to one standard, and shaped by the same long view of the asset.
